Carving back the sight line of this Lakeshore Property, Touch of Eden Landscaping installed a NEW Retainer after Demo & Haul away of old RR Timbers. Working with Enviromental Services to mitigate water runoff, Keystone Block Staircase, and Terrace work for future plantings. Low maintenance Rock Gardens.

Multiple Elevated Terraces Retained by Large Boulders. Rounded by an easy slope for Handicap Accessibillity. This particular build ~ snugs up to a beautiful pond. The property itself was once upon a time a fishing camp with a number of small cabins. Now fa new family home sets prominant with many natural features addressed by our landscape team.

Touch of Eden Landscaping ~ Completed this midway project, assisting local contractors with sidewalk, NDS Draintile System to mitigate downspout water mitigation. Final retaining wall & keystone steps cemented in with garage apron

Quick Day Project: Sidewalk & Garage Apron Prep. Retaining Wall w/Caps (Intermediate II), and Keystone Step Units (16”x16”) allows us to give the steps a slight creative curve. We also installed x3 Drain Tiles (pop caps) to mitigate water run off.

Crisis Averted: previous landscaping wall failed due to poor rain water mitigation. The erosion come off a 3 story build ~ without a gutter system, was a disaster waiting to happen. No worries our team worked with the Gutter Guys to build multiple terraces, and shore up the access water problems.

After a Variance was granted from the county, our team created a multi-tear retaining wall terrace to control the erosion. This Home has an checkered past, but our team was able to satisfy the county and the client with a major overhaul of heavy-duty retaining wall block.
