Full TOEL Package

TOEL llc ~ Touch of Eden Landscaping has taken on New Builds over the years, but this one takes the cake. One of our favorite returning clients. This Full Package deal took a fair amount of troubleshooting and landscape finesse. Our Clients decided to purchase the adjoining property and build a forever home next to their seasonal cabin. Thinking long-term (and well beyond their lifetime), the wish was to build a multi-story structure, but have it handicap accessible. We assisted with getting all the permits, which included a variance to attach the two properties via a network of flagstone sidewalks. Once approved, we checked off a number of phases, including multiple Boulder Retaining Walls, Sawn Boulder Steps, Garden Terraces, and designed a circular driveway w/a few ornamental boulders at the center. The final phase was installing a large number of irrigation zones to feed both properties, and then finally bringing in sod for the New Build. It turned out to be a masterpiece, if I do say so myself.
